Delhi Public School Asansol, in a display of pride and tradition, hosted its Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2025–26 — a moment symbolizing the transfer of responsibility to a new generation of leaders. The solemn proceedings began with the graceful conferring of badges and sashes upon the newly appointed School Heads by our respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Vineeta Srivastava whose inspiring vision and steadfast guidance continue to shape the school’s journey towards excellence. The House Wardens and teachers then conferred upon the House Captains, Vice-Captains, Literary, Sports Captains and other office bearers with their emblems of responsibility, each badge gleaming as a symbol of trust, service and dedication. The atmosphere brimmed with reverence and pride as these young torchbearers pledged to lead with integrity and honour. In her address, the honourable Principal ma'am, Ms. Vineeta Srivastava reminded the leaders that badges are symbols of selfless service, urging them to balance academics with responsibility, lead with humility and emulate great leaders from Gandhi to Kalam in dedication and vision. Amid the applause of teachers, the admiration of peers, and the proud smiles of parents, the ceremony reaffirmed DPS Asansol’s enduring spirit of unity, discipline and leadership.
