“No work is insignificant. All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance." — Martin Luther King Jr. Delhi Public School, Asansol, organized a "Let’s Meet our Community Helpers" activity for Classes I and II to teach students the value of everyday workers, from doctors and drivers to gardeners, sweepers, and school’s affectionate Aaya Didis. Through interactive discussions and pictures, the children learned to appreciate how each helper keeps our community safe, clean, and functioning. The primary aim was to instill a sense of awareness, empathy and gratitude in young minds towards the diverse workforce that support our everyday lives. Heartfelt thanks to Ms. Lipi and Ms. Sandhya for their empathetic guidance. We extend our sincere thanks to our Principal, Mrs. Vineeta Srivastava, for her continuous support and visionary leadership in promoting value-based learning.
