In every shade of blue lies a world of creativity and curiosity. Blue Day was celebrated with enthusiasm in the Pre-Primary section of Delhi Public School, Asansol. It aimed at helping children recognise the colour blue and familiarise children with marine life. The school was decorated with blue-themed displays featuring ocean creatures such as fish, octopus, turtles and whales. Students came dressed in different shades of blue, with many portraying sea creatures, adding charm to the celebration. Props like boats and mermaid cut-outs made the activities engaging and interactive. A photo session was organised where students posed enthusiastically with themed backdrops. Active participation was observed throughout, making the event enjoyable and memorable. The event was conducted under the gracious and inspiring guidance of our esteemed Principal Ma’am, Ms Vineeta Srivastava whose constant encouragement added a special charm to the celebration.
