“The youth are the pillars of the nation; on them rests the future of the world.” The school campus resonated with reverence and youthful spirit as the Morning Assembly was held to observe National Youth Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the great saint, patriot and visionary thinker of India. The proceedings commenced with the Morning Prayer, followed by the school pledge. A soul-stirring song was then presented, aptly conveying the ideals of courage and perseverance envisioned by Swami Vivekananda. The importance of National Youth Day was highlighted, emphasizing the role of youth as the foundation of a strong and enlightened nation. This was followed by an engaging quiz session based on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. The assembly also featured a graceful dance presentation, symbolizing vibrant spirit and determination. A special address was delivered by the Hindi Department HOD, Ms Annapurna Sharma, who spoke eloquently on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, urging students to understand that the true tribute to the great saint lies in abiding by his principles and applying them meaningfully in real life. The entire assembly was conducted under the able guidance and visionary leadership of the honourable Principal ma’am, Ms Vineeta Srivastava, making the observance both meaningful and memorable.
