An atmosphere charged with enthusiasm and sporting fervour was witnessed during the Inter House Cricket Tournament, which was held on 22nd and 23rd December 2025 at the Asansol Sports Academy Cricket Ground organised by Delhi Public School, Asansol. The matches were conducted smoothly and witnessed enthusiastic participation from all the Houses. Every run, every wicket and every cheer from the sidelines added to the electric ambience of the ground. The final match turned out to be a nail-biting encounter, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats till the very last over. Ganga House emerged victorious, winning the match by a close margin of 5 runs, thereby lifting the championship trophy. Yamuna House put up a spirited performance and secured the position of Runners-up, earning appreciation for their resilience and sportsmanship. The systematic conduct of the tournament echoed the encouragement extended by the Principal, Mrs. Vineeta Srivastava, strengthening the school’s commitment to holistic development. The Inter House Cricket Tournament concluded on a successful note, leaving behind memorable moments.
