The students of Delhi Public School Asansol, accompanied by their teachers, visited the Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) Head Office at Sanctoria for an insightful experience. The visit offered them a rare window into the functioning of one of the nation’s major public sector enterprises. They had the privilege of attending an interactive meeting with Mr. Satish Jha, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of ECL and Mr. Gunjan Sinha, Director, Human Resource, CMPDI, ECL. Both dignitaries offered valuable perspectives on organisational responsibilities, leadership values and the evolving landscape of the coal industry.
